Your mission

As a Medior Account Manager, you will run the full sales cycle for medium-sized opportunities while supporting senior colleagues on larger, strategic deals. Through close collaboration with our Go-to-Market, marketing, product, and customer success teams, you ensure that clients experience both measurable value and a smooth journey with Spacewell’s smart building, workplace, asset, and energy solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Engage prospective clients, understand their business needs, and align Spacewell solutions accordingly.
  • Own the sales cycle for mid-sized opportunities: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, and closing, with senior team support when needed.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of business and account plans.
  • Maintain and grow stakeholder relationships in assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure a seamless onboarding and lasting client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and support sales initiatives at events, webinars, and client meetings.

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise sales experience, ideally in PropTech, smart building, or workplace solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting quotas and contributing to account growth.
  • Consultative selling skills to translate technology into real business value.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline management, and basic modern sales methodologies (e.g. MEDD(P)ICC, SPIN, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • A coachable, team-oriented mindset with openness to using AI tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of facilities or real estate processes is a plus.
