About the job
The role of Project Management Business Analyst is highly dynamic. In this position you are allocated to our PMO department to provide practical support and guidance in the world of becoming a ‘data driven company’. As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for translating functional requirements into terms that an engineer can understand. You are the linking pin between the (Project Management) Business customer and the Enterprise Data Management (PowerBi) team. You understand how the business operates, its processes and its information needs. At the same time, you have the right technical knowledge to translate the business needs into information solutions which can be delivered by the dashboard development team. This means that you have the right communication skills to address different audiences and to ask the right questions to get to the bottom of the customers’ information need. However, this also means that you have the right technical skills to support extracting source data, and in building reports and dashboards. Once the product is ready, the Business Analyst is also the first person to check whether the delivered product also answers the functional requirements.
