Your challenge
As a Client Support Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring every customer feels valued, supported, and confident in using our products. Your responsiveness and expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention, helping to drive our success and reputation in the market.
As part of our Client Support team you'll make sure that our clients and partners use our services successfully and handle any questions they may have or issues they may raise. You collaborate across multiple teams, such as our Data Quality, Data Development, Commercial, Software Development and Product teams in order to proactively or reactively service our clients. This is a role for a person who has a combination of business acumen and technical curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: You’ll be the go-to expert for clients’ inquiries, handling requests and complaints through email, and chat with prompt, clear responses. Every interaction matters, and you'll help make each one positive.
Resolve Client Issues: Investigate, resolve, and follow up on client issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience. For more complex matters, you’ll collaborate with higher-level support or other teams to find the best solutions.
Data Analysis: Dive into our database and software solutions, analyzing data and resolving any issues to maintain accuracy and reliability in our systems.
Onboarding & Training: Lead new clients through the onboarding process, teaching them how to get the most out of our products and fostering a smooth, welcoming start to their journey with us.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the Eco-movement technical and data platform landscape, so you’re prepared to support clients in real-time.
