  • Co-create our GTM engine alongside Marketing by turning real buyer insight into campaigns that inspire action and drive pipeline.
  • Align with Partner Success to ensure what’s sold is what’s delivered while identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities that bring long-term value.
  • Influence the product roadmap by channeling direct market feedback into the teams building of our future.
  • Shape the commercial narrative and ensure our message cuts through with clarity and urgency in a rapidly evolving market.

You’ll also lead from the front:
In your first 6–9 months, you’ll be closing key strategic deals alongside AEs, especially in new verticals or regions. Not only to build pipelines but to set the tone, earn trust, and bring first-hand insight that helps you lead and scale smarter.

What you bring:

Required Experience

  • 5+ years as VP Sales in B2B SaaS, with experience scaling from €10M to €25M+ ARR
  • Track record managing sales teams of 15+ across multiple markets and time zones
  • Expertise in complex, consultative sales with 12-18 month cycles
  • Strong operational background: CRM systems, forecasting, pipeline management

Preferred Background

  • EdTech or higher education market experience
  • US market knowledge (or US native with international experience)
  • Familiarity with East Coast time zones and openness to Amsterdam relocation
  • Existing network in the higher education or government education sectors

  • Data-driven decision maker who balances metrics with relationship building
  • Coach and mentor who develops talent while driving accountability
  • Cross-cultural communicator effective in both the US and European business environments
