Inside Sales Representative

CCH Tagetik is expanding its sales team in the Benelux! To support the stronger demand for our solutions and as part of our strategy to expand direct sales in the region, we are currently looking for an Insides Sales Representative to be based in The Netherlands. You will be located in our BeneLux office in Arnhem.

The position of Inside Sales / Business developer requires a motivated person who can recognize and create opportunities and leads for new potential opportunities. The IS/BDRs will work closely with Sales as a "champion" of prospecting, lead generation & transformation, lead qualification and qualified pipeline creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the identification and qualification of prospects and sales opportunities from telephone campaigns, cold calls and marketing campaigns.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure that the sales pipeline remains full and active by regularly adding new leads and following up with existing leads.
  • Prospect and build pipelines within designated targets and territories.
  • Achieve the objectives set in terms of appointments and opportunities.
  • Meet the activity targets set for the number of outbound calls to meet or exceed the lead quotas
  • Develop innovative strategies to target decision-makers and overcome objections in order to book sales appointments and increase our revenue
  • Prospecting and outreach: Identifying and engaging potential customers using tools such as Sales Navigator and various outreach methods (email, LinkedIn, etc.); & be active on social media and other channels.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and CSMs
  • Ensure the follow-up of existing customers in support of the CSM, in order to guarantee knowledge of the entire customer base: level of satisfaction, identification of new needs, anticipation of possible churn.
  • Provide support for events and marketing actions

What should you bring to Wolters Kluwer's CCH Tagetik?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business /accounting or an equivalent level based on experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Business Development or Inside Sales or other relevant experience
  • Experience in sales is helpful.
  • Useful financial or accounting experience
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with a CRM system like Salesforce and prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator
  • Knowledge, Skills and Capacity
  • Ethical, reliable, competitive, professional, result-oriented, committed, able to multitask, flexible and adaptable
  • At ease in exchanging with different interlocutors, C level.
  • Ability to manage own territory/account and monitor resources accordingly.
  • Fluent Dutch and English, other languages are highly appreciated like French, German and Italian.
