As a Client Partner at Valtech you will be the senior leader across a £multi-million portfolio of accounts. You’ll develop and nurture our most senior-level key client relationships, and it will be your responsibility to work in close collaboration with a delivery team to deliver fantastic work and own the longer-term strategic direction, planning and revenue growth of your accounts.
As their trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with senior clients providing them with true digital leadership, in turn driving opportunities for new business from within. You’ll inspire client teams in your capacity as their strategic partner, and you’ll motivate internal teams to develop and consistently over-deliver. You will be adept at interpreting and adding value to new client briefs, always thinking about the longer-term ambition and objectives of your clients and their business, engaging with all teams and disciplines to deliver the best work possible.
As a Client Partner at Valtech, you'll build and nurture strong relationships with executive-level clients and collaborate closely with peers across the business. You'll identify and pursue growth opportunities, championing our full range of capabilities and helping to drive our evolving offering.
Bringing strategic insight and thought leadership, you'll challenge the status quo with energy and enthusiasm to deliver the best outcomes while respecting others diverse perspectives.
You’ll be accountable for the commercial health of your account portfolio ensuring profitability, accurate forecasting, and tracking performance against annual targets. Working with our VP of Sales and Business Development as well as your Client Partner peers, you'll identify opportunities to grow and strengthen each account.
You’ll lead account strategy planning, using your deep understanding of each client’s business to shape direction and collaborate with internal experts and senior stakeholders to execute on that vision.
Long-term growth is at the heart of your role. You’ll lead business development across your portfolio, creating and presenting plans that add client value and drive revenue for Valtech.
You’ll also occasionally support new business efforts, partnering with the new business team and practice leads on pitches and proposals.
As a Client Partner you will have substantial experience working within a Digital Transformation, technology consultancy or agency partnering with enterprise size organisations selling and managing projects across the digital technology spectrum.
