You are a sparring partner for the management in the field of HR and ensure that Demcon is a pleasant place to work for the 200 employees in Eindhoven. As HR business partner for three B.V.'s within the Eindhoven location, you work closely together with your colleague HR business partner and the recruiters of DEMCON Eindhoven. What are you going to do?

Within Demcon, the role of HR business partner is a broad role in which you will have many varied tasks and responsibilities. This includes the complete employee journey. You are partly responsible for the intake, onboarding, advising on absenteeism cases, supervising the assessment round, advising on talent development, the associated strategic personnel planning and being visible to the employees of the Eindhoven branch.

  • You are part of the MT and advisor and sparring partner for the management of the companies you are responsible for. You support them in realizing their strategy at the intersection of people and business and in doing so, you are a solid discussion partner at operational, tactical and strategic level.
  • You create and implement the HR policy and ensure its further development. You work closely with the business to meet each other's needs.
  • You help managers with HR-related questions about, for example, salaries, contracts, leave and absenteeism. You give advice and ensure proper follow-up.
  • You work closely with recruitment, as you know what is going on within the companies in both the short and long term with regard to strategic personnel planning. In addition, you are closely involved in recruitment and recruitment events.
  • You also have an active contribution in overarching HR projects, which you carry out together with HR colleagues from other locations, such as leadership development, talent management and the HR dashboard.

What do you bring to the table?

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of HR;
  • With your positive attitude, sharp communication and people-oriented approach, you also dare to question existing routines and think critically about how things can be done better;
  • You have extensive experience in the HR field and are a solid sparring partner;
  • You are available for 24 to 32 hours a week;
