Health Digital Transformation Senior Manager at Accenture

The Work

As part of our growing Health team, we are looking for a Senior Digital Transformation Manager. As a Senior Manager you will work in high performance teams to address priority C-suite issues with precision and speed. Together with your team of young and enthusiastic colleagues, your role will be to help clients transform successfully to stay ahead as information-driven, digital healthcare organizations. You help them gain an understanding of their most important challenges, analyze, and communicate your recommendations, to contribute to the client’s success, as well as Accenture’s. To sum it up, you are able to guide health client along the full spectrum of the design and implementation of their digital transformation journey.

  • Team you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients: we articulate a compelling technology vision with health industry expertise and context. You will work with C-level executives, healthcare professionals and/or IT managers. With your ~50 colleagues you are at the heart of the change, developing value case and operating model with disruptive technologies in short to medium engagements. As a Senior Manager you will be positioned at the crucial intersection of business, technology and the Healthcare industry. We devise creative new strategies based on trends, insights and data. Our work always comes down to one thing: unlocking value and creating real, tangible impacts.

  • Processes you get energy from solving complex puzzles and working in teams: Our health consultants in Strategy & Consulting are changing businesses every day using industry insights, knowledge and innovative ideas. Applying data-driven methods to analyze our clients’ strategic challenges, solving complex problems and helping them realize their business strategy through the right use of new technologies. Beside the work for our clients you will also be contributing to our practice and help the team grow and develop by e.g. participating and organizing events, creating points-of-view, and sharing your knowledge.

  • Technology convey a deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture in Health: Convey deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture at intersection of client's industry to (re)define the client’s technology stack. Realize value, advise, and execute medium to longer term technology transformations such as multi-year Cloud journeys with a clear industry focus, leveraging cloud partners and platforms to drive innovation, flexibility and agility across enterprise and build new businesses.

  • Data you will develop a data strategy, design innovations, and operating models for healthcare organizations: You will understand the importance of data for business decision making. Helping our clients to become truly data/insight driven by identifying a measurable business value from data & analytics, by designing and building the required capabilities and by driving embedding of data & analytics into their decisions, processes and day to day operations. You will learn teams how to do data-driven storytelling through quantitative analysis and data visualization.

  • People & organization you will design implementation plans with attention to people and change and design operating models that align with the strategic vision and digital ambitions of our client.

Qualification

Here's what you'll need

  • A finished Masters degree
  • Multiple years of extensive consulting experience in the Healthcare space (public / private providers, health insurers, public health)
  • Network of (senior) leaders in healthcare organizations in the Netherlands
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology strategy and/or large scale digital and technology transformations
  • Knowledge on latest technology advancements (in healthcare) based on previous experience and interest in the latest innovations
  • Consulting skills, e.g., solid financial and business acumen, structured and abstract thinking, analytical and creative problem solving, project management, prioritizing, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Strong personality, presentation and communicative skills
  • Fluency in Dutch
  • Fluent in English- spoken and written
  • Proven affinity with Digital/IT and Technology (e.g., in your hobbies or work experience)

  • Certifications e.g., Cloud, SAFe
