The Opportunity

As we prepare for rapid international expansion into the UK, US, and other markets, our platform must scale to support multi-region operations, complex compliance requirements, and high-volume usage. To drive this evolution, we're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead multiple engineering teams and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Your Role

You will play a pivotal role in driving delivery, team alignment, and process maturity, acting as the bridge between engineering, product, and stakeholders while fostering a high-performance, data-driven, and Agile culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery lifecycle across multiple engineering teams, ensuring timely, high-quality releases that align with business goals.
• Coordinate dependencies, risks, and delivery plans across teams and international regions.
• Coach teams in Agile practices, ensuring continuous improvement through Scrum ceremonies, retrospectives, and actionable metrics.
• Mentor and empower team leads, strengthening ownership and delivery predictability.
• Identify and resolve blockers to keep teams focused and productive.
• Align with Product Managers and business stakeholders to maintain strategic prioritization and transparency.
• Champion best practices in delivery operations, from CI/CD and metrics (Cycle Time, Throughput, WIP) to scalable process improvements.
• Create clarity in ambiguity, navigating the complexities of a scaling tech platform and international compliance requirements.

Here’s what we offer you

• A competitive salary between € 6000 - 8500 gross per month based on 40 h/w, depending on your experience
• 8,33% holiday allowance

What we expect from you

• 5+ years of experience in delivery management, technical program management, or senior Scrum Master roles.
• Proven track record leading multiple Agile teams in scale-up or enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS) and experience scaling Agile practices across distributed teams.
• Excellent communicator with strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Adept at navigating technical and operational complexity, especially in cloud-native platforms.
• Comfortable working in international settings, with awareness of regulatory and compliance challenges.
• Proactive, analytical, and data-driven—skilled in using delivery metrics to drive team performance and predictability.
• Residency in the Netherlands is required.
