About this role:

The Global Strategic Accounts Department is a thriving pillar within Eat Takeaway and key to our strategic objectives. Our team focuses on championing customer and partner experience, acting as a center of global excellence, and promoting the launch of Retail Media and Delivery as a Service products.

The business has successfully partnered with international and local brands, onboarding iconic large multinational and medium-sized partners such as Costa Coffee, Dean & David, Joe & The Juice, Caffè Nero, Pret a Manger, and Nando's.

To unlock the most value for these brands, strategic restaurants, and our customers, we have pivoted to a strategic segmented approach, building our expertise, strategy, and key offerings against the non-dining segments: breakfast, lunch, and late-night meal delivery.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Account and segment strategy, planning, and execution: Orchestrate stakeholders, plans and objectives globally through non-dinner day parts segments: lunch, breakfast, and late hours;
  • Senior-level stakeholder management: Initiate, build, and develop long-term partner relationships with decision makers. Influence and win over key internal stakeholders to buy into and contribute to the segment's success;
  • Strong verbal and written communication: Develop and prepare persuasive and structured decks and toolkits to roll out best practices and conduct business reviews and cross-market calls regularly;
  • Act as a global strategic point of contact for the chain brands in scope across JET countries;
  • Lead or participate in global negotiations and signing global framework agreements;
  • Develop constructive and effective relationships with key decision-makers at the client organization on global HQs;
  • Coordinate global business review meetings.Work closely with all roles in the regions/ countries to ensure standardized working practices for the global chain brands.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Strategy background and ideally previous account management or business development experience;
  • Skilled in building and executing strategic plans, frameworks, and playbooks that can be roll out globally;
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, ideally working across countries and matrix organizations;
  • Solid verbal, written, and visual communications skills, including building presentation decks;
  • Demonstrated category/ segment management experience in a matrix multinational environments is preferred but not a must;
  • Ability to travel when required;
