For our office in the heart of The Hague, we are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial new HLO’er who thinks strategically, isn't afraid to make tough decisions, and thrives on collaborating with bold entrepreneurs. You love the dynamic environment of a creative agency, have a sharp commercial eye, and are a master listener – because you know exactly how to uncover the underlying question. You navigate effortlessly between client expectations and internal processes and aren't afraid to discuss budgets.

About your role

As an Account/Project Manager at HLO Branding, you are the bridge between our team and our clients. You build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, create compelling proposals, and present them with confidence. You oversee project progress, think proactively, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Internally, you coordinate projects, monitor deadlines, and know exactly when to step in. You are the vital link between strategy and execution, always spotting commercial opportunities—for both clients and HLO. Whether it’s a smart upsell or discovering a new HLO Nomad, you see growth potential everywhere. You bring structure without rigidity. In a creative environment, you provide clarity and efficiency without stifling enthusiasm. Our standards are high, and you safeguard quality with a keen eye for detail.

These are your main tasks

• Build strong, long-term client relationships and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Translate client needs into clear, inspiring briefs for the team.
• Create compelling proposals, present them confidently, and close valuable deals.
• Provide proactive advice and solutions to ensure smooth collaboration and client satisfaction.
• Oversee project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely, budget-friendly delivery.
• Achieve revenue goals and manage project budgets efficiently.

Your must haves

• You have a commercial education (e.g., Commercial Economics, Higher Hotel Management, European Studies).
• You are a born networker with a natural ability to connect with people.
• You are digitally skilled and work fluently with Keynote, Slack, Teamwork, Zoom, and Google Calendar.
• You work independently but know when to involve management for brainstorming sessions.
• You are energetic, enthusiastic, and have a healthy sense of self-humor.
• You live in The Hague/Rotterdam/Leiden/Delft or are willing to relocate.
