As our newly appointed Strategic Account Manager, your key objective is to develop a portfolio of enterprise customers in the private sector. You will be responsible for acquiring net new customers and building relationships once new deals are secure. The Account Manager will be part of our highly skilled Sales Team and take responsibility for accelerating growth and lead with core (Optimization and Services), focused on services sales to drive growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for driving new business, onboarding of customers, generating pipelines, conducting sales and marketing activities, and ensuring accurate forecasting
  • Act as the initial point of contact for your customer requirements and sell Crayon's portfolio of services
  • Responsible for strategizing and building campaigns and sales forecasts, advancing opportunities, and achieving performance targets based on sales metrics for success
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of your customer's industry challenges, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders, focusing on products and solutions to ensure Crayon is the trusted partner for software procurement and services
  • Cross-sell and upsell among existing customers

Your Competencies:

  • 5+ years of sales experience within the enterprise software ecosystem
  • Ability to leverage existing network within enterprise software to acquire net new customers and wide experience within the Software & Cloud services industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • Documented track record of consistently exceeding quotas within multi-level selling and exhibits a proactive attitude. You can go above and beyond to offer strategic value to meet customer needs

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels from technical to CxO
  • Results and customer oriented
  • Strong collaborator and team player with ability to prioritize to meet expectations and deadlines
