Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Rotterdam site is looking for a new Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist, Revenue Care to join our Sea Logistics team. Reporting to the Sea Logistics Operational Care Revenue Manager, you will ensure a seamless experience for our internal customers by managing financial accuracy and supporting operational excellence.

How you create impact

• Validate shipment P&L to ensure accurate and timely completion.
• Ensure all costs and incoming invoices are correctly entered and processed within KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations to verify financial accuracy of shipment files.
• Identify and resolve performance gaps across Customer Care, Operational Care, and Finance teams.
• Reduce pending files and provision deferrals through systematic review.
• Support automation initiatives and challenge existing processes for improvement.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and QSHE standards.
• Deliver proactive service and issue resolution to internal stakeholders.

What we would like you to bring

• 2+ years of experience in billing, finance, or a similar logistics role.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of operational financial processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
