Head of Digital Portfolio

As our Head of Digital Portfolio, you will lead the strategic prioritization and coordination of initiatives across both the Digital and broader Enterprise landscape. You will be instrumental in building a transparent and scalable enterprise portfolio framework—ensuring investments align with business priorities and enable clear trade-offs across teams and functions.

You will report to the Director of Digital Product and work closely with Business Technology, Digital Architecture, and senior business stakeholders to embed portfolio thinking as a core capability in how we plan, govern, and deliver.

What you’ll do

  • Shape and implement an enterprise-wide portfolio strategy in close collaboration with Business Technology
  • Lead strategic planning across product, tech, and business initiatives—bridging short-term delivery and long-term vision
  • Maintain an integrated portfolio view, highlighting dependencies, risks, and investment opportunities
  • Drive structured portfolio governance—including Portfolio Syncs, PI Planning, and Go/No-Go reviews
  • Champion cross-functional alignment between business, product, and technology
  • Introduce and scale prioritization frameworks like OKRs and value-based planning across teams
  • Promote impact-driven resourcing and transparent decision-making
  • Define and track value realization across initiatives to drive continuous improvement
  • Actively contribute to the transformation toward a product-led operating model

You bring:

  • 8+ years in portfolio, program, or senior product management roles—ideally with enterprise scope
  • Proven success aligning diverse business and tech stakeholders around shared goals
  • Deep expertise in value-based prioritization and roadmap planning
  • Experience guiding governance practices in scaled agile or hybrid environments
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills—able to navigate complexity and build clarity
  • Comfort with dependencies, risks, and trade-offs in fast-moving environments
  • A strategic mindset, combined with hands-on execution power
