We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our Amsterdam office. Whether you're early in your career or simply have a passion for technology and helping others, this is a chance to make a real difference while growing your skills.

Why this role matters?

Our staff rely on reliable tech to connect, collaborate, and get things done , in the office and across borders. You’ll be the go-to tech support for our Amsterdam-based team, working closely with our Senior IT Support Engineer and the wider Digital Services team.

You’ll help with everything from setting up laptops for new joiners, to solving day-to-day tech issues, to supporting small IT projects, all while making sure our people feel supported and confident with their tools.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide friendly, hands-on IT support to staff in our Amsterdam office (~60 users)
  • Set up and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room tech
  • Respond to support requests via our ITSM tool (Ivanti Neurons)
  • Help onboard new starters and manage equipment and access
  • Keep our local inventory of IT equipment accurate and organised
  • Work with the Senior IT Support Engineer to support wider projects and improvements
  • Spot recurring issues, suggest improvements, and help build internal documentation
  • Be a friendly, approachable tech presence in the office
