As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our (back)-office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be a key player in maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere for our team, and you’ll be the trusted right hand for everything related to our internal operations, from administration to HR, events, and more.

• 2+ years of experience in office management, business operations or a similar administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English
• A talent for organization, multitasking, and prioritizing, nothing slips through the cracks with you
• A solution-oriented attitude and can calmly handle unexpected challenges.
• A desire to grow with the Dapper and make a long-term impact on how things run
• A natural sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
• Hands-on and self-starting mindset, and enjoy working in ambitious environments where you can take initiative
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace, and ideally experience with HR or finance systems
