About the role

Role: Business Development Representative

Industry: HR / Organisational Culture Consulting

Product: Certification and consulting on workplace culture and employee experience

Team: 2 senior sales colleagues; collaborative sales structure

Work policy: Hybrid for first 6 months; remote possible after successful ramp-up

Role description:

SDR – Primarily outbound B2B; leads sourced via LinkedIn and internal outreach. No commissions; success measured through team performance and strategic contribution. Mix of emails and calls used. Opportunity to shape commercial strategy with senior team.

  • Experience in HR-related services or culture consulting
  • Exposure to structured sales environments or SDR processes

Salary & benefits:

  • €3,000–€4,000 gross/month excl. holiday allowance
  • Transparent salary model; slight flexibility possible depending on experience
  • Annual profit-sharing
