Business Development Representative

We are Engyon and we are young and ambitious! Tech in our genes, Rotterdam in our blood (niet lullen maar poetsen), and a twinkle in our eyes. Because why just make cool software and grow a cool company, if you can also make the world a little bit better. If that is not enough, we are also applying automation and AI to this to make accountants' work faster, better and make their job more enjoyable.

We're growing fast and it's time to expand our team to support our growth across Europe. We're looking for a Business Development Representative Intern to help us expand our client base by prospecting and engaging with potential new Engyon customers in various European markets.

As we're still a small and agile team, you'll work closely with everyone as we're all hands-on and focused on growing our customer network together.

What we expect from you:

  • Profile accounts to help define appropriate expansion strategies.
  • You will master the art of discovery, and inspire new use cases where Engyon can solve our customer’s challenges.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy direct contact with customers.
  • Be a key component in ensuring we have accurate data in our CRM to drive the strategy for our future growth
  • Use a variety of methods (e-mail, phone, LinkedIn) to engage prospects, users and decision makers
  • You are proactive and flexible
  • You are self-reliant and take responsibility
