As a Senior Global Communications Director, you will have a pivotal role in shaping and standardizing communication strategies for the Wholesale & Rural business. Your expertise will be crucial in developing a global communications governance structure that aligns with our international departments. You are responsible for creating policies, managing global brand execution, and ensuring cohesive communication across all channels. Your senior-level experience will be instrumental in achieving successful transformation through strategic planning and implementation.

This is what you will do:

• Develop and consolidate the communications framework with governance, guidelines, and policies.
• Initiate new processes to measure performance of our communications channels.
• Create a comprehensive internal communications plan for the organization.
• Manage and evaluate a centralized Marketing & Communications calendar.
• Develop and execute the internal launch plan for the global brand campaign.
• Coordinate brand construct execution across diverse regional departments.

To excel in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years senior-level experience in integrated communications within international organizations.
• Strong channel governance expertise and the ability to measure communications effectiveness.
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, especially with senior leaders.
• Ability to embed new working methods with a hands-on approach.
• Experience in change communications and brand positioning.
• Editorial and project management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch (native) and English (near-native).
