As our Global Head of Franchise, you will be the driving force behind our international franchise strategy—accelerating growth, building strong partnerships, and ensuring brand excellence in every market. You will lead with both commercial sharpness and a deep understanding of what makes our brand so beloved by women worldwide. This is a key leadership role, shaping the future of our global footprint through strategic market expansion, operational excellence, and inspiring leadership.
YOUR TASKS
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead our global franchise vision—develop and execute a compelling long-term franchise growth strategy across key regions.
- Build & nurture strategic partnerships—identify new franchise opportunities, negotiate agreements, and develop high-performing partner relationships.
- Drive market expansion—analyze global markets, define entry strategies, and guide end-to-end market launch processes.
- Ensure brand consistency—across every franchise touchpoint, from store environments and service standards to visual merchandising and marketing execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally—with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Logistics, and Legal to support franchise operations and brand alignment.
- Inspire performance—set KPIs, evaluate franchise partner results, and provide strategic support to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Be our global brand ambassador—ensuring the unique spirit of our lingerie brand is translated with integrity and excellence worldwide.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in international franchising, ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
- Proven success in scaling franchise businesses across multiple geographies
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of retail operations
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a talent for building trust-based partnerships
- Global mindset with sensitivity to local market nuances and cultures
- Willingness to travel frequently to support international markets
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
