WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Responsibility for the satisfaction of, and utilisation of our colleagues
• Working with the head of sales to safeguard project financials (budget, burn rate, rates, etc.)
• Coach, mentor, and support the consultants where the success of the project is concerned
• Define and implement a suitable approach for doing delivery
• Oversee delivery standards, tools, and processes for the delivery process
• Provide feedback w.r.t. a consultant’s capability and to the principals (people managers within Xebia Data) where needed

Your scope will be projects of Xebia Data in the Benelux (EUR 18m+ yearly revenue budget) and to work with Finance and Sales on strategic issues such as planning, commercial guidelines, and sales priorities. You have a clear vision of what good looks like in delivery and how to leverage tools and design processes to get there. You provide guidance and lead colleagues in their projects with a main goal in mind: underpromise, overdeliver!

THIS IS YOUR DREAM JOB IF…

• ✅ You have knowledge of Data & AI and having already worked in the sector
• ✅ You have understanding of modern IT themes like cloud, software development, and agile
• ✅ You have knowledge of sales, marketing, finance, and project management within consultancy organisations
• ✅ You have professional proficiency in Dutch, at least C1 or above
