Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Brand to develop and deliver a B&F brand strategy that drives long-term growth for the business.

• Lead and manage marketing campaigns from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Specific areas of responsibility include content strategy, messaging, creative, influencer management, brand activations.
• Define key target audiences B&F should focus on for growth and brand positioning.
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
• Create a compelling calendar to activity to drive growth – refine this in line with ongoing learning.
• Analyze brand performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Representing Body&Fit to key partners and stakeholders.

About You

• A positive attitude, commercial mindset and a relentless energy to win.
• Willing to manage detailed execution plans, also capable of strategic thinking.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
• Online expertise and experience with collaborations with influencers.
• Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
