Join our Commercial Graduate Programme as a Junior Account Executive, and you’ll be developing and fostering great relationships with our customers, identifying the right technology solutions to suit their needs. On our programme you’ll gain exposure to the different teams within Colt which work together to deliver the best possible results for our clients.

Join us on a permanent contract from day one, and at the end of the two-year programme, you'll move straight into a role within our Commercial function.

What you’ll be doing:

Working in our Enterprise Sales team, you’ll be responsible for understanding our customers and building great relationships with them. You’ll liaise with internal and external stakeholders in executing our regional strategy to drive profitable growth across accounts, including identifying new opportunities for growth, and expanding our customer base.

You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Developing existing business and cultivating new relationships to uncover new opportunities, develop solutions and sell strategic Colt services
  • Using and developing account management plans based on industry trending and customer analysis, including preparing executive profiles, and studying assigned accounts, industry, business and trends
  • Enabling customers to navigate their digital transformation journeys by implementing efficient and productive engagement methods
  • Using engagement skills to establish account strategy with key stakeholders in the specific account

Who are we looking for?

You must have a Bachelors university degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications or Technology/Engineering, as well as being fluent in both English and Dutch. You should also have a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and driving business growth, being self-motivated, leading by example, taking initiative, and driven to succeed.

To be eligible for this role, you must either be a citizen of a European Union country or hold a visa that grants you the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the EU.
