You will be the Executive Assistant within the business group Specialised Nutrition by preparing, arranging and conducting management supportive tasks but also contributing to and coordinating events at the central office in Amersfoort or external. You will be responsible to support the President Specialised Nutrition, Managing Director Rest of World & Global Commercial and Global Marketing and Digital Director.

Candidate requirements:

• More than 10 years working experience in a similar position in an international environment.
• HBO/Bachelor degree in relevant area.

Specific knowledge:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to act and liaise professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
• Excellent planning skills.
• Competencies that can be captured as: independent, proactive, structured, honest, stress-resistant, representative and an eye for details.
• You are a real team player and driven to continuously raise both your own performance and that of the department to a higher level.
• Professional appearance and interaction with all levels within the organisation.

Vacancy description

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Secretarial activities such as calendar management, (confidential) correspondence, receiving guests, etc.
• Preparing meetings: i.e. requesting agenda items, compiling an agenda, collecting relevant documents and distributing them, reserving accommodation, checking implementation of decisions/appointments.
• Reviews incoming questions and acts as the first point of contact or contacts colleagues or third parties on behalf of the President. Is able to independently assess what is confidential, sensitive or has priority and, with this in mind, efficiently manages the President's calendar (this is always up to date and meeting documents have been prepared).
• Organising international business trips (transport, hotels, visa etc.).
• Organising and supervising team events and team sessions/days.
• Organising social activities such as flowers, gifts or a reception in case of an anniversary etc.
• The Executive Assistant maintains both internal and external contacts at management level and/or internationally. Is also able to switch between different levels and cultures.
• Ensures that the President has all the information required to carry out the work properly (collection and delivery obligation).

Stakeholders: Management Assistants, President Specialised Nutrition and members of the Specialised Nutrition management team.
