We’re looking for a dynamic VP of Corporate Communications to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead a team of six passionate professionals and drive initiatives that elevate our brand reputation, expand visibility, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders worldwide.

What you will do:

• Develop and execute global PR strategies, manage media relations, ensure impactful corporate messaging and enhance ORTEC’s brand reputation globally.
• Optimize ORTEC’s website for both user experience and search performance.
• Ensure alignment with overall branding and communication goals while maintaining budgetary and cost-efficiency considerations.
• Lead branding initiatives to strengthen ORTEC's market presence. Manage the brand style guide and corporate design to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Provide guidance and resources to divisions in content creation, design, website management, and publications to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
• Oversee management of communication applications to ensure effective and efficient use by the team and wider organization.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a skilled communications team, cultivating a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Own the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program and translate insights into actionable communication strategies.

Who are you

• 8+ years of proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, and branding within a global and multicultural environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field – Master’s degree preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing and inspiring a diverse team, ensuring a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, website management and content strategy.
• Strong verbal and visual/digital presentation skills.
• Strong project management and effective time management.
• Comfortable with a hybrid working model (60% office presence, of which at least 5 days/month at ORTEC's headquarters).
• Fluent in English, oral and written.
