As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing Tradin Organic’s mission to life for partners and customers across the globe. You'll craft stories, shape strategies, and grow our digital presence—all while promoting regenerative organic agriculture and sustainable sourcing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Driving growth: Build and lead impactful marketing campaigns that grow our brand and generate high-quality B2B leads.
Telling stories that matter: Create purposeful content—from thought leadership articles to compelling social posts—that inspires, informs, and resonates with our audiences.
Going digital: Plan and execute data-driven campaigns across email, social media, and search (SEO/SEM), optimizing performance every step of the way.
Building partnerships: Identify and connect with like-minded organizations that can help amplify our sustainability impact.
Elevating our presence: Support marketing efforts at trade shows, industry events, and webinars to increase visibility and reach.
Strengthening our team connection: Keep internal channels fresh and engaging, aligning messaging across teams and functions.
Tracking what works: Use analytics to measure, learn, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
We’re looking for someone who is both creative and analytical, with a curious mindset and a passion for people and planet. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited by the idea of working in an international and mission-driven company.
What you bring to the table:
Marketing experience: At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the organic food, FMCG, or sustainability sector.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (a master’s is a plus).
Sustainability mindset: A real interest in sustainable agriculture and global supply chains—and a desire to make a difference.
Creative communication: Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear and engaging content.
Digital know-how: Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, email platforms, SEO tools, and analytics dashboards.
Project juggler: You’re organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
Team player: You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and building strong relationships across functions.
