As Growth Marketing Manager – ABM (US), you will own and elevate SQL nurturing, ABM execution, and pipeline acceleration, driving high-value accounts through the funnel with precision and impact. With a strong focus on 1:few account-based engagement, you will craft and execute personalized, multi-channel ABM campaigns that deepen relationships, accelerate deal velocity and maximize revenue potential.
By collaborating closely with US Sales & Partner Success teams, you’ll ensure every engagement is strategic, data-driven and aligned with enterprise buying cycles. Your work will not only convert high-intent leads into opportunities but also position FeedbackFruits as the go-to enterprise partner in pedagogy-driven learning design.

Role connection to business strategy:
This role is critical to mid-funnel and pipeline acceleration as FeedbackFruits expands its enterprise sales efforts in the US. Through personalized ABM campaigns, targeted sales enablement and in-person activations, you will increase engagement with high-value accounts, accelerate deal velocity and optimize SQL-to-opportunity conversion rates.
Your work will ensure that marketing directly supports sales priorities, resulting in higher win rates and stronger executive relationships with educational leaders.
🎯 About the job:
Develop and execute 1:few ABM strategies, targeting high-value accounts to increase engagement and drive deal acceleration.
Align Marketing and the US Sales and Partner Success teams on account engagement strategies, sales enablement and pipeline impact.
Collaborate with US Sales leadership to refine target account lists, intent scoring and lead prioritization.
Integrate in-person engagement into ABM plays, leveraging executive dinners, networking activations, and industry conferences.
Develop and manage multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, paid media, LinkedIn, content, direct mail, webinars) to convert SQLs into opportunities.
Optimize nurture sequences and lead follow-up workflows to engage high-intent accounts at the right time.
Leverage in-person activations (VIP networking events, small-scale roundtables, and conference meetups) to strengthen relationships with key accounts.
Work closely with Sales & Partner Success teams to ensure a seamless, personalized partner journey.
Track and analyze ABM campaign performance monthly, quarterly, and annually, identifying key drivers of success and areas for improvement.
Continuously optimize ABM and nurture strategies using data insights to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
Stay ahead of enterprise sales trends, competitive insights and partner needs to refine ABM strategies.
Your experience:
Scale-ups offer exciting growth opportunities but require adaptability and creativity. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution and collaboration, this role is for you.
3+ years of experience in ABM and mid-funnel marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or Edtech environment.
Proven ability to execute and scale ABM programs that drive revenue and measurable pipeline growth.
Expertise in HubSpot and ABM tools (Terminus, 6Sense, Demandbase or similar) for automation and personalization at scale.
Experience developing nurture sequences, sales enablement materials and pipeline acceleration strategies.
Strong collaboration skills, working closely with Sales, Partner Success and Product Marketing teams to align ABM efforts.
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable campaigns.
Experience or strong familiarity with the US market is a plus, particularly if you are originally from the US and have an in-depth understanding of its business
