We are looking for a Lead Process Owner to drive efficiency and innovation in our Order Management landscape. In this role you will optimize workflows, processes, and procedures, collaborating with multiple stakeholders. You are passionate about change management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

You will:

  • Drive process automation and assess if automation by off-the-shelf applications or AI solutions would be best suitable.
  • Continuously refine procedures in our key processes (Store, Stock, Returns, and Order Flows).
  • Consult on business cases and ideation on new futures, integrating new ideas within a standard.
  • Manage a team of Process Owners globally, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Document all existing and future processes for transparency and use gap analyses for future changes.
  • Analyze optimization opportunities based on data sets.
  • Schedule regular update meetings with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, timelines, and risks.

  • 5+ years of experience with Continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Fluent English (written/spoken) for global stakeholder communication.
  • Strong focus on result and data-driven decision making.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Data analysis experience.
