As we continue our aggressive global expansion, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our growth team and help us build strong partnerships with key players in the market.

This is a high-impact, strategic role focused entirely on acquiring new business partnerships. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal part in Spotzer Digital’s growth strategy by driving new sales initiatives, identifying business opportunities, and nurturing senior-level relationships with potential enterprise partners. This role will report directly into the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects across industries such as Telco, Directories, Hosting, Media, and Platforms with large SMB customer bases.
  • Proactively develop and close new partnership opportunities.
  • Confidently demonstrate Spotzer Digital’s product offerings and clearly articulate value to C-level and senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting, ensuring strong internal communication with Spotzer’s leadership team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained success for newly acquired partners.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales and business development targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or partnership roles—preferably within the digital marketing, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated success in solution selling and developing compelling value propositions.
  • Skilled in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with enterprise partners.
  • Ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline with a strategic, hands-on approach.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing services—websites, SEO, eCommerce, and paid search is a significant advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
