Join iPractice as a Tech Support Engineer

At iPractice, psychologists, tech experts, and strategists work together toward one mission: making mental healthcare accessible to everyone who needs it. Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a real impact in healthcare? We’re looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our tech-driven healthcare organization.

Who are we?

We believe mental healthcare should be accessible, flexible, and human. That’s why we combine innovative technology with a personal approach to provide the best possible care for our clients. Every year, we help over 12,000 people build resilience, and create lasting change in their lives.

Our approach is unique:

  • Blended care: we combine in-person sessions with accessible online support, ensuring that clients get help quickly and flexibly—in a way that suits them well.
  • Tech-driven: we develop our own (AI-powered) technology to reduce the administrative burden for our psychologists. Less paperwork means more time for what truly matters: personal attention and quality care.

We work in an environment where positive psychology and smart technology come together. This doesn’t just lead to better client care—it creates a workplace that’s inspiring, innovative, and truly tech-driven. Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a real impact in healthcare? Join our mission to revolutionize healthcare with technology.
