Business Analyst – Dutch Speaker
Job Overview: The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and facilitating the implementation of effective solutions. The BA will work closely with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and business leaders, to ensure that project objectives align with organizational goals and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify and prioritize business needs and problems.
- Conduct data analysis to derive insights and inform decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Propose optimized workflows and solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the business and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely updates.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on business requirements and process changes.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records of requirements, changes, and decisions made throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Visio, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data analysis, process mapping, or requirements management.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools or software (e.g., CRM, ERP).
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is an advantage.
