Collecting, analyzing, and structuring information to support projects.

Personal & professional growth

• Works on personal growth and learns the intricacies of the profession and sector by being curious and showing interest
• Shows ownership of tasks, asks for help/questions in time when stuck, and aligns expectations with the project team
• Collaborates constructively with colleagues and stakeholders and demonstrates reliability

Client & quality

• Supports (senior) consultants in successfully executing projects by:
  • Collecting information
  • Analyzing and making this information insightful
  • Preparing workshops

Sia’s growth

• Commerce: Assists in developing commercial opportunities and proposals
• Knowledge: Shares acquired knowledge internally

Portfolio: Stays informed about the services and projects delivered by Sia

Qualifications

• You have completed your Master’s Degree
• You have 0 to 2 years’ experience within a consultancy firm
• Sectoral knowledge: Telecom & Tech / Financial Services / Automotive / Life Sciences
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory
