To start with, the position of Global Engagement Manager sits in the Global Talent Team. An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow, and develop—just how we like it! As a Global Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for co-creating and driving the development and execution of strategies that strengthen the company culture, foster employee engagement, reinforce leadership, and enhance the employee experience across our global organization. This role will focus on capturing the voice of employees, creating actionable insights, and building programs that support the company’s strategic goals while ensuring a thriving and engaged workforce globally.
We are looking for a strategic and influential leader with a drive for excellence. Someone who holds themselves accountable and doesn’t shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role, we feel it's important for you to have extensive experience in leadership, culture, and employee engagement within a multinational organization, as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We thrive in diverse teams and look for people who appreciate that as much as we do.
We can give you a list of “must-haves,” but that’s not how we view your candidacy. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with leading cultural transformations in complex, global environments and aligning people strategies with organizational objectives, but ultimately, we look at the bigger picture.
