Global VOP Category Manager Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to take charge of our Global Value Optimization Program—a key initiative driving €15M+ in annual savings and shaping the future of our supply chain.

If you love solving complex challenges, working cross-functionally, and leading high-impact projects, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, develop and align an 18-month strategy for Front End value optimization in your category and associated Roadmaps
• Develop and manage high-value savings programs (€5M-€10M per year)
• Identify, scope, and launch Value Optimisation programs with the ambition to drive bigger, strategic, holistic saving programs, optimizing ‘Value In’ and ‘Sustainability’ opportunities
• Collaborate closely Global and Local Teams and stakeholders including R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain & Operations
• Support global & regional teams with implementation and reporting

Qualifications

Who You Are

You’re a driven leader who thrives on accountability and responsibility. You bring a strong sense of ownership, a strategic mindset, and the ability to navigate complex, global environments. We value diversity and look for those who do too.

What You’ll Need:

✅ MSc Degree
✅ Fluent English & excellent communication skills
✅ Proven experience in program & project management within multidisciplinary, matrix organizations
✅ International experience—comfortable working across cultures, countries & continents
✅ Willingness to travel globally (APAC, EU)

Bonus Points for:

⭐ Facilitation skills
⭐ 8+ years of experience, preferably in FMCG
⭐ Background in Design to Value / Value Optimization
