What we ask

• At least a completed bachelor’s degree

• A Global mindset and mobility

• Fresh Graduate with preferably less than two years of working experience

• Fluent in English

Vacancy description

The HR Traineeship is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience required to drive people-centric solutions in a global business context. Over the course of three years, you’ll take on two challenging roles in different areas of HR, such as Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Business Partnering.

In your first role, you may work on strategic HR initiatives, such as designing leadership programs to nurture future leaders or implementing diversity and inclusion strategies across the organization. In your second role, you could focus on operational excellence, working directly with business units to manage workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. By the end of the program, you’ll have developed the leadership and functional expertise needed to excel in HR at FrieslandCampina.
