As our Sale Representative, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth of ASICS Performance Footwear and Apparel (Running and Core Performance Sports) with the assigned customer portfolio based in the Netherlands. You will be accountable for achieving your Category Sales targets and supporting our selected distribution strategy.

How you'll help us:

Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Sales Benelux Team Lead, as part of your role, you will:

• Act as a trusted advisor to your accounts, providing guidance to maximize ASICS’ visibility and sales performance.
• Collaborate with accounts to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, seasonal assortments, and forecasts.
• Conduct regular business reviews with your top accounts to ensure alignment on growth goals and mutual success.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of account orders, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer service.
• Address issues proactively and adapt plans using market insights and data-driven strategies to optimize results.
• Stay ahead of product knowledge and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Balance ASICS’ product placement goals with customer needs, ensuring smooth product flow and impactful brand storytelling.

More about you.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Wholesale with background preferably in Sports, Retail, FMCG related industry.
• Fluent Dutch & English.
• Advanced negotiating & influencing skills.
• Keen to travel 60% on an annual basis.
• Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for Sport.
