You are communicative and can easily collaborate with others within the organization. In addition to being analytically strong, you are also pragmatic. You are also well-organized administratively. You prefer to think in terms of solutions rather than problems.

Further, we ask for:

  • A completed HBO education in the field of electrical engineering
  • Experience reading technical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Good communication and writing skills in Dutch and English
  • Full-time availability.

Your daily responsibilities include

As a Repair Analyst, you will analyze returned products based on customer complaints and identify possible causes. You will advise on solutions and the associated costs. When necessary, you will process repair requests and take care of the repair work.

Your tasks also include:

  • Receiving and assessing customer complaints, update requests, re-qualification, and repair requests via forms
  • Registering customer complaints and requests in the system
  • Analyzing possible causes
  • Determining the work methods for repairs based on basic instructions and drawings
  • Creating new work instructions related to updates for the Repair department
