As the HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building a strong team, ensuring that HR processes run seamlessly, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. You will lead and optimize the recruitment process, streamline HR operations, and provide support for daily employee-related activities.

What you'll do:

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire new talent
• Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring
• Develop innovative approaches to sourcing candidates, including leveraging social media, networking events, and recruitment platforms
• Build and maintain a candidate pool for critical or future roles

• HR Process Optimization:

• Create, assess, and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for team members
• Monitor and update HR policies to align with current labor laws and industry best practices

• Employee Relations and Daily Operations:

• Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to address and resolve workplace conflicts or performance concerns.

• HR Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze recruitment and HR process performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment and HR operations.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment and HR management, with a focus on process optimization
• Strong understanding of HR rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and external candidates
• Proficient in HR software
• Experience with rewarding strategy
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and process improvement
• Live in the Netherlands
