Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: - Support in the executive recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. - Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
HR Administration: - Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting by using Excel and other relevant tools as required. - Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations for internal stakeholders (Leadership Team).
People Progress Support: - Help coordinate People Progress cycle from providing administrative support in tracking employee progress and feedback, to analysing progress profiles and supporting on development plans to preparing talent reviews.
Training & Development: - Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops, coordinating logistics, and tracking employee participation. - Help with development initiatives initiated by the senior leaders/executives, partnering with HRBPs to ensuring employees have access to development and training resources that align with their career progression.
HR Projects: - Support in the execution of various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, carve outs, M&As.

You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative support.
- Good practical knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, HR administration, change management, etc.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, applicant tracking systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must criterion.
- Strong project management and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
