As the HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building a strong team, ensuring that HR processes run seamlessly, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. You will lead and optimize the recruitment process, streamline HR operations, and provide support for daily employee-related activities.

What you'll do:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire new talent
- Manage job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring
- Develop innovative approaches to sourcing candidates, including leveraging social media, networking events, and recruitment platforms
- Build and maintain a candidate pool for critical or future roles
- HR Process Optimization:
- Create, assess, and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for team members
- Monitor and update HR policies to align with current labor laws and industry best practices
- Employee Relations and Daily Operations:
- Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to address and resolve workplace conflicts or performance concerns.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze recruitment and HR process performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment and HR operations.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR management, with a focus on process optimization
- Strong understanding of HR rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and external candidates
- Proficient in HR software
- Experience with rewarding strategy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and process improvement
- Live in the Netherlands
