Microsoft - Senior Consultant CE & PowerPlatform

We are looking to expand our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team, which consists of Business Consultants who are involved in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 products such as Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement and Power Platform on a daily basis. Your challenges

The technology team within KPMG consists of 450+ employees. You will join the Microsoft Consulting & Innovation team as a Microsoft 365 CRM & Power Platform Consultant. This is a social and ambitious team with expertise in all aspects of Microsoft technology. 

Depending on the experience and skills you bring, the appropriate customers and projects will be assigned to best suit you. Most of the projects are mainly focused on Business Transformation, Digitalization and Innovation in relation to Microsoft technology. Within these projects you will be covering different roles and helping client organizations in building digital strategy, process – and system designs and training. For example, organizing workshops to collect business requirements or leading a presentation of key automation concepts and give a demonstrations to client stakeholders. Within KPMG you will often work in multidisciplinary teams with colleagues from other departments. As a result, you will not only be challenged in your own field, but you will combine different areas of expertise to really make an impact and become and all-round consultant.

This is what you bring

• Completed HBO or university studies, preferably in Business Information Management or business studies
• 3 to 5 years of (sales) experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or the Microsoft Power Platform or other related Platforms
• A strong functional and commercial mindset
• Interest in digital transformation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
• Business level English and preferably good command of Dutch
• Driving license and willingness to travel for work
• Proactive and passionate approach

What will you do in this position?

The Microsoft Consulting & Innovation team operates in a rapidly changing environment. You learn quickly through a personal training program and grow in your position with hands-on experience by working on projects together with colleagues. You will receive guidance from an assigned Development Manager (DM) who will help you with your development, career and achieving your personal goals. You will also be assigned a buddy who will guide you through the world of KPMG and MCI.

At KPMG and MCI, training is high on our lists. You have the opportunity to follow training courses and become acquainted with Microsoft technology and get certified for this. The team also undertakes many social activities together, such as breakfast sessions or events with sporting activities. The team now has more than 60 employees, 16 different nationalities and is growing!
