Job Description
What will you do? We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HR team, colleagues from other departments such as Corporate Communications and managers, to ensure the successful delivery of HR projects. These projects are at the core of NIBC’s HR ambitions and span the spectrum of HR, such as organizational design, workforce planning, reward, performance management, data & analytics, L&D, and leadership development. In this role, you will also support the Head of HR in a wide range of tactical and strategic matters, data analytics, and management reporting to enable management discussions and decision making. Your ability to manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and resources is key to your success. In addition, you bring strong data analytical and presentation skills that enable scenario planning and decision making.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet time, budget, and scope objectives, and report on progress.
- Change Management: Ensure the effective adoption and integration of new initiatives, processes, tools, and ways of working within the organization.
- People Management: Build project teams, align roles and responsibilities, and lead these teams to achieve successful delivery of projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact between HR MT, project teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring efficient use of quality, budget, and resources in the delivery of HR projects.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks or obstacles to project success and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support Head of HR: Work closely with the Head of HR and MT to provide general HR data analytics, insights, and visualizations to support strategic discussions and decision making.
- General HR Data Analytics and Reporting: Compile and deliver recurring HR data reports to the HR MT, management, or other internal and external stakeholders, summarizing key metrics and insights; maximize the use of several HR tools and systems, especially Workday.
Your team This is a stand-alone role in our HR team, reporting to the Head of HR. You collaborate closely with your HR colleagues and other teams such as Corporate Communications. The HR team consists of HR Business Partners, the HR Servicedesk, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits, and the Head of HR. We form a close and professional team in which cooperation, personal growth, and getting results are fostered. What do you bring? You are a data-driven, experienced, and eager HR Project Manager who gets energized by working together with others and is result-driven. Some keywords to describe you:
- Master's degree or equivalent level
- Proven experience as an HR Project Manager, from an HR position or an HR consultancy role
- Approximately 4-8 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills and fast learner
- You work in a structured way and accurately, but you can also switch quickly
- Ability to drive change
- You are creative, results-oriented, and pragmatic
- You are a self-starter, easy-going, and stand firmly in your shoes
- You have a fluent command of both Dutch and English
