You and Your Job
As a Client Support Officer, you make a contribution by providing advice to Relationship Managers concerning system possibilities and managing and accounting risks. You support the business in the implementation of lending transactions. They have all the information and knowledge which is needed to service the Wholesale & Rural Europe & Africa clients and internal stakeholders. The outstanding position is in one of the sector teams servicing, for example, the Food and Agri, Energy Transition or Project Finance clients.
Fine working relationship in the team: Client Support together with 20 direct colleagues in the team, overall 60+ colleagues, serving 8+ sector teams.

An Average Working Day
Are you curious about what would be on your to-do list on an average working day? For instance:
- Monitor and deliver daily insights on client positions (limits/utilization).
- Serve as the primary contact for internal partners on process issues, resolving complaints and providing answers.
- Ensure accurate reflection of customer agreements in legal documentation within our banking systems.
- Act as the bridge between front- and back-office for information sharing.
- Contribute to the department’s change agenda by assisting with system implementations and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency.

You and Your Talent
- Professional and intellectual ability on university/higher educational level;
- You have banking or financial work experience;
- 1 year of customer support/client-facing experience;
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English is required;
- Experience in the analysis of corporate customers and managing deal processes is preferred;
- Knowledge and/or affinity in the areas of lending, structuring complex financing, credit risk management, and loan documentation;
- You have an A1/A2 level in Dutch and want to improve it;
- You have a strong analytical capacity, are proactive, and have a hands-on mentality with a focus on acting as one team and to support and offer the best service to our customers.
