Responsibilities

Mastering consumer research, including:

  • Testing and optimizing cool things (e.g., TV advertisements) 📺💡
  • Generating new product ideas through innovation research 🔬
  • Keeping an eye on brand vibes 📈🧐
  • Ensuring our snacks and breakfast cereals align with consumer preferences 🍔
  • Identifying who's interested in our brands for explosive growth 💥🎯
  • Spotting trends and connecting data online 🕵️♂️🌐
Amplifying the focus on people at PepsiCo by:
  • Making data accessible
  • Quickly onboarding newcomers
  • Showcasing our best practices 💃🕺
  • Supporting other Insights teams like Business Analytics and Shopper Insights to become the ultimate Insights dream team at PepsiCo 🤜🤛🔍👥

Qualifications

  • Master's student in psychology or communication science or graduated within the past 3 months
  • Curiosity about people: their needs, barriers, and motivations
  • Passion for brands and marketing
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, as well as the creativity to translate data into marketing activations and strategies
  • Affinity with consumer research and psychology
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and actively connecting with stakeholders and team members
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
