All about the role

As a Research and Insights Intern you will play a crucial role in supporting the Partner Insights & Analytics team in gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights for decision-making within the organisation. This internship offers hands-on experience in Restaurant Partner Research, competitive analysis, and data interpretation.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

• Assist in collecting data through various research projects we have running
• Conducting initial quan/qual analysis on the collected data together with your team
• Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations summarising research findings and insights.
• Collaborate closely with the Insights specialist, our Agencies and the consumer insights team
• Help in visualising data effectively using charts, graphs, and other tools to communicate key messages.

What will you bring to the table?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in working with data analysing tools like Google Sheet, Microsoft Excel or others
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of metrics like NPS, CSAT, CES
