Your Job

Als Team Leader Proactive Service zorg je ervoor dat de adviseurs in je team zo goed mogelijk presteren. Daarmee voorkomt jouw team klachten en problemen en zorg je voor tevreden VodafoneZiggo-klanten. Je bent goed op de hoogte van de Proactive service-concepten waarmee we dit behalen. Je doet dit door het begeleiden, ontwikkelen en sturen op performance. Je coacht de adviseurs op processen en gesprekstechnieken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van output. Je signaleert en escaleert trends vanuit campagnes. Je komt zelf met verbetervoorstellen die bijdragen om de afdeling tot een hoger niveau te tillen.
