The work

If so, the position of Analyst in the Accenture SONG Service team suits you perfectly!

  • Team: Our Service team consists of 30 very engaged colleagues across the Benelux. We are not all working together on the same project, yet we see each other every week in one of our offices for formal and informal events.
  • Daily tasks: As an Analyst you will collaborate in a team of colleagues together with the client. You work on the client's main challenges, such as identifying customer needs, improving the customer experiences through digital innovations and contribution to E2E service transformations by bringing impact from strategy inception to implementation. You help the client to understand their key challenges by analyzing different solutions after which you communicate your recommendations.
  • Technology: We always look for innovative solutions to improve our client's customer experience and growth and we do so by combining business with technology. Depending on the client we work with and the project we work on, we work with various tools, systems and platforms with a main focus on CRM, Generative AI and Applied intelligence.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
