Your Job

Challenging work, personal development, and fun - that's VodafoneZiggo's Discover Traineeship. A packed program lasting eighteen months, in which you get to see the entire organization. Thanks to first-class supervision and a choice from an endless number of courses, you develop at lightning speed. Personally and professionally. You will join an ambitious group of trainees. By sparring a lot about business cases but also by having cozy get-togethers.

Whether a customer takes out a subscription or requests a technician, one thing determines the experience: the first moment of contact. At Customer Operations, you always work with people, which makes it dynamic. You could be working on sustainable transport methods for our technicians or implementing data-driven automation to help our advisers serve customers even better and faster. What You Bring to the Job

You have a digital mindset, are energized by change, and get a kick out of the unknown. You are also a quick thinker, a team player, and find your way around easily. You are social, a go-getter, tolerant, and have a genuine interest in others. You are brimming with ideas and cannot wait to put tasks into practice. You always go the extra mile to exceed everyone's expectations. In addition, you have:

  • an MSc degree and a thirst for optimizing processes - from strategy to supply chain management and from marketing to change management;
  • a maximum of two years' experience after graduation;
  • a perfect command of Dutch and English;
  • an empty diary from 1 March 2025, on which date you will have completed your MSc.
