About the Job

As a Customer Engagement Lead Severe COPD, you will prepare and execute a first-in-class launch in COPD. You will plan, lead, and execute the local customer engagement strategy to ensure patients can benefit from this unique new treatment option. Driving innovative solutions by co-creating them with key customers to unlock the potential of the indication in COPD is essential. Identifying customer needs and addressing them through an omnichannel collaborative approach is crucial. Success requires a cross-functional mindset and close collaboration with Sales, Global/NE Marketing, and Medical teams. The Customer Engagement Lead is accountable for developing the customer engagement strategy in line with the global brand plan.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the COPD cross-functional team, ensuring seamless execution of launch milestones by fully including medical affairs, market access, public affairs, patient care, sales, and business intelligence teams.
  • Unlock the potential of the indication in the Netherlands by partnering with key stakeholders to shape the clinical pathway for biologics in COPD.
  • Drive the implementation of the local brand strategy in Severe COPD, aligned with the Global brand strategy.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time, and within budget translation of the brand plan into an operational tactical plan. Deliver an ambitious and reliable financial forecast for the indication.
  • Define and execute the Omnichannel Customer Engagement Plan, ensuring brand messaging alignment across all channels.
  • Strive for deep customer behavioral knowledge, be present in the field, and bring insights to feed the local plan and support business evolution.
  • Collaborate with the market access team and external stakeholders to develop strong clinical advocacy and ensure access for all patients needing this new therapy.
  • Leverage data and analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain the highest standard of compliance, ethics, and business integrity.
  • Continuously challenge yourself to improve, simplify, and prioritize within your area of influence, focusing on adding value.

About You

  • Experience in a similar role within hospital care, preferably with launch experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with a Master’s degree, preferably in a healthcare-related subject.
