Your Job

Je beheert een complex veld van leveranciers en contracten in een Hard- en Soft Facilitymanagement diensten portfolio voor het kantoor (8) en steunpunt locaties (16) bij VodafoneZiggo. Jij bent in de lead het contractmanagement te professionaliseren en contract afspraken maximaal uit te nutten met onze leveranciers. Jij initieert en stimuleert (structurele) dienst- en kwaliteitsontwikkeling samen met de contractpartners die essentieel zijn om innovaties in de dienstverlening te realiseren of om een ‘next level’ partnership te bereiken. Samen met de managing agent (Heyday), is het jullie missie om doelgerichte, flexibele en toekomstgerichte diensten met leveranciers te realiseren.

What You Bring to the Job

Je bent een professionele tegenhanger van onze leveranciers; je moet dus in staat zijn om relaties op te bouwen en beschikken over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels. Je hebt een sterke ambitie en je bent in staat om te onderhandelen met derden. Goed ontwikkelde stakeholdermanagementervaring (organisatiesensitiviteit) binnen een grote en complexe organisatie is belangrijk voor deze rol.

Wat verder belangrijk is voor jouw functie:

• Je bent data gedreven, zet targets en doelstellingen en stuurt op kpi's
• Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding hbo Facility Management; daarnaast heb je ervaring met inkoop/contractmanagement binnen dit domein.
• Je hebt minimaal 3 of meer jaar ervaring met managen van grote/ complexe contracten op het gebied van hard- en soft services.
• Ervaring met het werken met een "managing agent" is een pre
• In deze functie is het belangrijk dat je zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal goed beheerst.
